Important points for employers and teachers
Overseas recruitment for multiple teachers
Individual eligibility, education records, intended start dates and required documents should be tracked for each applicant, even when a company recruits a large intake.
Agency employer versus school of instruction
A clear explanation of the employing company, receiving schools, contracts, supervision and teaching locations helps align the application with the actual work.
Changes in assignment
Changes in affiliated activity institutions may give rise to notification obligations. Certain notifications must generally be filed within 14 days of the relevant event.
Year-to-year renewals
We review new contracts, continuing educational activity, status expiry and whether a change in work arrangements affects visa eligibility.
